The panel discussion with experts event is another key milestone in the Past, present, and future of the HRM project, financed by the International Visegrad Fund. As an organizational supportive function, Human Resource Management plays a vital role in driving businesses toward success. Despite the potential for AI to replace certain aspects of Human Resources, organizational human resources will continue to be the lifeblood of future organizations, albeit with numerous structural modifications. During the panel discussion, we got acquainted with the reality of the past, present and future function of human resources management and its practices based on the latest survey results in the countries of the V4 region. During the panel discussion, the greatest attention was paid to the issue of recruiting employees, talent management and employee retention.
