The workshop in Czech Republic took place in the form of a competition of four 3-member teams composed of students from different universities, who competed for valuable prizes and then presented the results to the students of the university.
The goal of the competition was to apply knowledge about human resources management, connect students with practice and compare approaches to people management within the V4 countries.
The principle of the competition was solving a case study using data from the project research and applying it to the conditions of the V4 countries, where each competing team represented 1 drawn country.
The public part of the competition also included the presentation of the results achieved by the project solvers.
Stakeholders:

2. university students - four competitive three-member teams from different universities + students as an audience during the presentation of the results
3. mentor - an expert from practice who will be available to individual teams to consult the case study solution procedure)
4. jury - a 5-member jury composed of representatives of participating universities and a mentor
5. public - declaration and comparison of the results of solved case studies will be publicly accessible to students, theoreticians and practitioners from the HR environment
